ZAM 1 Dayer: Groups & Draw

Where: Zone Adrenalan Melbourne
When: Saturday, 8th December
Time: 10am till ~6pm (half the teams will have a later start at around 1pm)
Format: 8 teams, 2 groups of 4, followed by a best-of-3 single elimination with the top 2 teams from each group.
Cost: $100 per team ($20 per player).

Hey, here are the groups + draw for the ZAM 1 day comp this saturday, 8th december:

Just in-case people were wondering, the groups were created randomly off the following seedings, with each group having a 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 seeded team to make the groups of 4.

Seed 1: Redux, Dice
Seed 2: Snaps, Snatch
Seed 3: tf8, Sage
Seed 4: HxH, ShowStoppers

GROUP A: Redux, Snatch, Sage, HxH
- Teams from Group A will need to arrive at ZAM before 10am, for a 10am start.

GROUP B: Dice, Snaps, tf8, ShowStoppers
- Teams from Group B will need to arrive at ZAM well before 1pm (as the morning games may finish early), for a 1pm start

GROUP A:
- 10am: de_nuke: 1 v. 2 // 3 v. 4
- 11am: de_dust2: 1 v. 3 // 2 v. 4
- 12pm: de_inferno: 1 v. 4 // 2 v. 3

GROUP B:
- 1pm: de_nuke: 5 v. 6 // 7 v. 8
- 2pm: de_dust2: 5 v. 7 // 6 v. 8
- 3pm: de_inferno: 5 v. 8 // 6 v. 7

BO3 SINGLE ELIM FINAL:
(note: all maps for bo3’s will be decided on the day)
- 4pm: 1st place Group A v. 2nd place Group B // 2nd place Group A v. 1st place Group B

~ 6pm(ish): Winners of both bo3’s play off in a bo3 final for 1st/2nd place.

Just so people know, lateness will be punished strictly to ensure the comp runs on time. Each team must have all 5 !ready by no later than 20 mins after the scheduled start time. Any team not ready will lose 1 round every additional 2 minutes.
