If you are going to reschedule you MUST have a captain of both teams post a confirmation on the reschedule time. To do this simply go to:
http://www.cybergamer.com.au/pc/cs/league/ beside your team you will see a match details button click it and there is a chat box between both teams at the bottom. We need this to confirm BOTH team have agreed to the reschedule time. Once its confirmed the easiest way is to send a pm here:

And ill adjust your match time/day for you
Please take the time to post in the first thread on the cybergamer website any reschedule times so people who wish to view your games are aware of the changed times.
intrepid have withdrawn from the league, as such they will be refunded and there will be no adjustment to the prize pool.
Id like to offer captains add me to steam but as i also run the CS:S leagues which are about 3x the size of CS my friends list is almost always full.

Hi talnoy, am I going to receive a reply about the intrepid matter at any point, I know it was a strong/valid argument but a reply would be good. seabar: your ban has been removed.
Take note that admin abuse is not tolerated, if you dont like the decision make a support ticket where there can be a rational discussion about it. If you still feel it hasnt gone your way and its wrong its pretty much bad luck. I dont hold grudges or dislike anyone so my rulings are based on my best interpretations and application of the ruleset.
NOTE:
sv_pausable has now been enabled. teams are permitted ONE pause per half. That pause CAN NOT be initialized until the current round is COMPLETE and you have spawned in for the next round. You have 5 minutes to unpause the game.
Note: THE ONLY acceptable reason to pause the game is the disconnection of a player. You must ensure he rejoins the server immediately and you MM1 ready before unpausing the game so the opposing team has fair warning. The team who is waiting on the other team is not permitted to leave their keyboard during a pause. If the match unpauses and you are not at your desk its bad luck.

Even if jakr was wrong (which i, and im sure many others dont believe he was), thats no reason to abuse him or any of the other admins, and i fail to see how preventing that would be 'childish'. Put urself in the position of responsibility with adminning and realise how much work it is and how much shit you have to put up with then come back and restate ur opinion on the matter.

talnoy: 2 quick things to run by you as well!
1: Our team (iTM - amateur league), asked for a player to be added to our roster a few days ago. The player was added yesterday, but is marked as ineligible to play on Thursday? Do we need to wait for next week for him to play?
2: We're looking to reschedule our match against Masquerade, but haven't been able to contact them through CG website or steamfriends yet, so hopefully we'll be contacting you to confirm a reschedule once we've spoken to them!

Aname: 1: yep thats fine he was approved thats a system setting where makes a player ineligible for 7 days. 2: make sure you enter it in the match details: http://www.cybergamer.com.au/matchdetails/122990/ or by going to the rankings page and clicking match details beside your team name. Its important to do this as the team-team chat is date and timestamped so its undeniable proof you do require a reschedule so they other team cant just say nah they didnt ask.

fELK5: i dont believe i said that, you can say whatever you want on "other forums" you have a right to free speech. But you PM or in a discussion with an admin abuse them your going on holiday for competing for a week. We spend our time helping teams and players compete and dealing with abusive rants from disgruntled players is a waste of our time thats all.

This is what i dont like about the resheduing rule it doesnt give teams any consistancy...every week 3/4 games in each league are being resheduled, in my opinion there should be some sort of limit to the amount of times a certain team can reshedule thier games.

if you don't have flexibility teams are going to drop out of the league. i understand why you want games on the one night and the same times each week, but we're not all kids anymore and other stuff takes priority over an online competition..

yes rey, if you had to set aside 1 night a week to play sport it wouldnt be hard.
except tuesday night is already set aside for sport for some of our players. if we could play tuesday night at 8pm we would but we have other prior commitments.
i know i know geeks etc dont play sport blablabla stfu
