you have 3 pug services with IPGN that run regularly every day at all times, so if your willing to play that then by all means i would say its "active"
however if you just want to play pub then no dont even bother there are like 3 servers that get players.
well, u get the point, its currently 2AM and one is running, pretty much if your looking for a game in the afternoon or late night you will usually be able to get in. if you want to play around ~4am - mid day then you might have problems.
