Zowie EC1 ftw
Same shape as 3.0
DA rubber coating
Best optical sensor
No random jump
1.5mm lift off distance
Better mouse cord - less drag
Only slight issue is it has a little bit of prediction... but it's good enough for Neo & Dosia

#16 - no,
it no longer has mouse accel
can adjust lift off distance for swiping or dragging
has a different sensor that is more precise when drag scoping.
Mousewheel can keep up with bunny hopping, and not eventually stuff up like the xai
and it has cool lights

Gomez where'd you get that info from?
as far as I'm aware the Sensei uses the same Avago A9500 sensor present in the Xai. (which therefore means it still possesses the 5% positive accel when using it on cloth pads)

Milky, I sat through a short 5min live demo at e-Stars, where they said some stuff about it, i think they said it's the same sensor "Avago 9500" but Avago has changed something on it, something to do with dynamic frame rate or something, that was causing the minimal accel
When I upgraded to Sensei, i also went from XP -> Windows7 and changed mouse pad, so i couldn't really compare (because of so many variables), however I did one of those "stand in the corner on de_train and move the mouse" things that I have always done for the last 5 years, and I noticed the Sensei was about 5mm shorter than where my XAI usually was, on 1024 res. This was done at about 5 different speeds all identical results.
So im not entirely sure, if it is the same sensor, then Avago has changed something slight, or Steelseries has in the way in which it reads the sensor.
If you have a Sensei and a XAI compare yourself, its only slight but definitely different.
