Can definitely see the reason for having the live stream, but also loved having hltv for the second match. For me the stream at the WCG site wouldn't work, then the stream at justin.tv kept dropping out. :<

it probably just counted the number of times someone went to the site. (ie, a viewer) i know i had to refresh about 20 times over the period of about 4 hours.
Viewers ? or Unique Viewers ?
Stream is actually better than HLTV, except for a few things that need to be improved
Show the scoreboard, at the end of every half at least, and also when someone saves out.
You should be able to pause the stream, and let it buffer, so if you do experience bad connection, you could buffer the whole half and watch it in 1 sitting.
Sync it !!! we had 10 of us on Vent watching, and we all were at different points in the round.
Fix these, and stream will be soooo good in the future.

i enjoy the streams, especially for big events like wcg, eswc because it has great atmosphere.

yeh i quite like streams, was good to see the players irl and see the croud cheer when they won rounds and stuff too + the streams are good if ur lazy and cbf doing anything, but i do like being given the choice of hltv/stream

hope wcg can put those numbers to good use.
For matches like these, I prefer streams over HLTV anyday due to the entertainment factor.
It's just like switching on TV to watch CS lol

quite an interesting figure, hopefully serves to show sponsors there is an audience that they can reach and thus means more funding.
