the buying / selling of the keys is 100% legit, most of these company's purchase the games in other countries, with a worse economy, and send the the CD Keys to Australia to sell.
The only questionable act, is whether STEAM and other providers will continue to allow people installing russian/Uk copies of games in Australia.

i doubt steam will crack down on different region sales since many retail games are sold to be installed via steam (eg. mw2 and just cause 2). i've bought both of these games whilst overseas at a popular tourist centre for games in hong kong. been buying my games overseas for years now just cause it is far cheaper. so yeah the point is that you should be fine with these games
