Elysium Nationals NSW Qualifier #1

City Hunter in CBD Sydney will be hosting the Elysium 1.6 Community National qualifiers for New South Wales. Teams will be competing for an invite to the hugely anticipated event for 2010. This will be the first of 2 NSW qualifiers to come.

The national final will be held at Elysium cafe in Queensland on the 29th and 30th of May. Sydney teams step up and register your team to support the community and for a chance to qualify. I look forward to seeing you all at the qualifiers.

Event: NSW ECN QUAL
Location: City Hunter Cafe Chintown
Date: Sunday, 25th April (ANZAC Day)
Time: 9am Sign in, 9:30 start
Cost: $30 per player. ($150 per team)
Format: round robin
Maps: de_dust2, de_inferno, de_nuke, de_train
Ruleset: ENC will be using the DICEVIP Ruleset

Prizes

1st = Autoberth (maximum $1000)
2nd = Invite to ECN
3rd = Invite to ECN

	if we get 8 teams or less ill change the format to round robin or groups to allow players to get more games. If there isn't enough teams good chance I will cancel the 2nd qual as there will be no point. We really need teams to rego so plz sign up and support the community.

	The event will be double elim. I managed to negotiate cheaper venue hire given that we are out of there by 2pm. With 8 teams you can all play at once so no moving around and we will play games back to back. We will play 4 rounds of matches and teams are welcome to keep playing till 2pm if eliminated. Teams NEED to be there on time!!!!!!! If you are late you will forfeit your first game no questions asked. I am sorry for being strict but its the only way to have reasonable money for the auto berth. Be there 9:30 SHARP!

	RANDOM 5 ARE UP! paccie said that he only had the comp area untill 2 oclock which means he cant do the round robin (even though i would like it... 2 games for 30 bucks waste) BUT he also said that after if ur team gets kicked out your welcomed to say and play other eliminated teams for fun :D

	I would love to do that but if i do i wont have anything to give the winner of the auto. I hoping the 2nd qual will fund the auto for the team that wins this qual. If i knew it was going to be like this I would of only ran 1 qual on the 9th of may from the start and just have 1 auto, would've saved me so much hassle. If anyone wants to play at this qual pm.
