General team information
VHM received a trickle invite via
Mindfreak whom disbanded moments after capturing the lone invite on offer at the 2nd Melbourne qualifier in January.
Mindfreak trio deStiny, nezza and rickeh have been spotted playing under
Immunity in what is the worst kept secret that has been unannounced while doudou and teddyt have joined and will be playing with
Overklassen and
XG respectively. Be sure to watch Group A if you want to see former teammates prove who's better :)
XG have shuffled their lineup quite a bit, and that was allowed as they were one of the 2 teams that signed up and agreed to play the online qualifier alongside
v300, and thus their invite was treated as a wildcard. To stop this happening in the future, I encourage teams to sign up and compete in the online qualifiers. It's the only sustainable way if you want to see events to continue running in the future and actually have something on offer.
Mayhem Brothers received the trickle invite after
EvilMonkeys informed us they could no longer attend due to players work commitments. Now some of the interstate (and foreign) teams will enjoy the dreamR experience and take home a memory.
