Over to Group B and this group seems a little tighter as to who is going to place where in the top 3. Archaic, GUTS, and v300 SHOULD qualify in he top 3 spots but I think the fight for that top spot is going to be very close.

Mayhem Brothers, reguLaters, and Multicultural can all beat each other I feel and the placings there really could go either way. I don't think they quite have the muscle to beat the top 3 teams predicted going through, but there matches will be entertaining none the less and all should be nail biters.

From what I've seen lately, I think Archaic will come out on top, they seem to have pracced and their experience should carry them over the line in tough games. They've had the same lineup together now for a long time and all have international experience which is a bonus.

Now the struggle for 2nd place is going to be hard to predict as v300 if they want to win can win the entire nationals, or if they can't be bothered and play for fun, they could come 3rd in their group and perhaps struggle if they don't hit their shots later on in the tournament.

GUTS I think have the motivation to win and their lineup is good enough to take 2nd spot away from v300 nowadays and also fight Archaic for #1 spot in the group if they're fired up. I think GUTS will win the battle this time and should come out 2nd in the group with v300 3rd.

The battle for bottom 3 will be almost too close to call. reguLaters if aren't too hung over should be able to beat both MB and Multicultural, but I wouldn't be surprised if the results were totally opposite for these games as it will just come down to who wants to win more out of those 3 on the day.

GROUP B Key Matchups #1

Archaic vs v300

This game should be a cracker, if v300 come to play then it could go either way. I'm not sure how much v300 plays anymore or if they are even playing to win or just have fun, but either way if they play well on the day they will be able to beat Archaic. I expect the game to be decided pretty much on whoever gets CT first on this map as either side could potentially win 12-3 or better and win the game right there.

I'm going to say Archaic should win this as I just think they will be a little too rehersed and drilled for v300 and be able to just control the game to their liking. Both teams are good on train and play aggressively at times using aim based play and rushes which will make for a great game to spectate.

It will be a hard win for Archaic in the end and they will have to just chip away at v300 if they want to come out on top. Though kram can turn the tide if he wants to and is playing well, Archaic will have to look for simcore's leadership to guide them home. Scoreline 16-13 Archaic.

GROUP B Key Matchups #2

GUTS vs v300

This matchup will be a very fun game to watch as it should be just raw aim and skill pitted against each other with some sneaky gay strategies maybe coming into play.

The difference will be in GUTS just playing more CS these days than v300 and having gotten better in the last years as players, but you can never really tell with v300 as they're capable of destroying GUTS if they play like the old days.

That being said, GUTS should have an edge from being more active and playing together as 5 more than v300, and that will be the difference in the end - but it won't be easy for them by any means. It's going to come down to the wire and they will have to pick up on v300's usual fake based play and become more aggressive if they want to win the game. Prediction: 16-14 GUTS.
