Here's a step by step guide on how to disable the Language Bar at both Midcity locations for the DICE National Cup.
Firstly its important that you do this all BEFORE starting up CS, as if you try to do it while in-game you will run into issues. If you forget, its best to close CS then do it, then re-open CS.
Step 1:
Find the Language Bar at the bottom right (should either be EN or CH)
Note: If you cant find this (It wont be at Midcity #2) then skip forward to Step 2.

Right-click it and go 'Settings'.
Once you have done this, skip forward to Step 5.

Step 2:
Access the Control Panel.

Step 3:
Access the 'Regional and Language options'.
Category View:

Standard View:

Step 4:
Go to the Languages TAB, and click 'details'.

Step 5:
Go to 'Key Settings'.

Step 6:
Scroll down and find the 4 options shown here with a binded key sequence. - ie. they dont have (None).
Select each one of them individually and go 'Change Key Sequence'.
Note: Generally only the Ctrl+Space one will need to be changed for most players, but if you want to be sure you dont run into any problems then change all 4.

Step 7:
For each of the 4 sequences, make sure they are enabled (if you disable them it wont work properly).

Step 8:
Once they are enabled, change the keys to something you will never press.
When I change it for others I always set it to "Left ALT" + one of "Page_Up / Page_Down / End / Home" as players generally dont press them. Remember you will need to do this 4 times for all 4 binded sequences, so the suggested 4 changes are usually the best.
Once you've done that for all 4 sequences, make sure you go "OK" and "Apply" wherever necessary back through the previous windows, and then you're done!
