Despite regular competition in Melbourne, and EPGL in Brisbane, Sydney has seen a veritable drought of competition as of late - the only action seen in the fair state as of late has been AINC qualifiers. Luckily, Pacman and City Hunter are on the case, and present the City Hunter League - a weekly competition intended to break the monotiny of nothing but single day competitions and weeks without action.
COMPETITION DETAILS
- Dates: 28th June, 12th & 26th July
- Time: 10am start, 9:30am registration
- Teams: 8 Spots
- Venue: City Hunter Chinatown
- Address: Level 1, 374 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000
- Cost: Leg 1 - $30 pp, Leg 2 & 3 - $25 pp
- Format: Round Robin
RULES
- If you do not have 5 ready to play, you will start your match with 4 and your 5th may join at any time
- If you do not have at least 4 ready to play, you will forfeit your matches until you have enough to begin
- Upon registration, you are expected to field a team for all 3 legs of this league, I.E. keeping the same core 3 over all legs to retain points
- You will still be required to pay the registration fee to enter the venue even if all your members are not present
- You are expected to be at the venue on time, lateness will not be tolerated and matched will be forced if anyone is more than 10 minutes late
- No flash bugging (3 round Penalty)
- Must be 32 bit (3 round Penalty)
- Mousewheel bound to duck is not allowed (3 round Penalty)
Additional Information
- HLTVs will be provided through DICE.
- Due to time constraints, matches will end when a team has reached a total of 16 rounds.
- At the end of Leg 3 the points will be totaled and the team with the most points will win. In the event of a tie, the team with the most rounds won throughout the tournament will be declared the winner.
- Free pizzas will be provided on leg 3 of the tournament.
