After the unfortunate demise of AINC, and the subsequent move by DICE to restore any sembelance of the once great AINC nationals, Brisbane is hosting there second AINC/DICE nationals qualifier. Teams succesfull in the first qualifier retain their autoberths and invites.

* Date: Sunday,5th July 2009
* Time: 9am start, 8:30am registration
* Teams: 16 spots
* Venue: Elysium Internet Cafe
* Address: Level 1, 281 Brunswick Street Mall, F Valley.
* Cost: $30 per player ($150 per team)
* Format: Double Elimination

IMPORTANT NOTE: As usual, no unplugging of any equipment is permitted, and any infringements WILL be penalised. This has been a continuing problem at Elysium, and will no longer be tolerated.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

* Ghost talking is permitted.
* Mwheel binding to duck is not permitted.
* 32bit smoke is enforced.
* Flashbugging will incur a 3 round deduction.
* Seedings will be announced, with map rotation, the Friday prior to the competition
