World Cyber Games 2009 has concluded with SQL finishing 2-1 in the grand final against v300.
SQL started off by beating v300 16-10 on the first map, but failed to secure the win in two on nuke which ended 16-12 in favour of v300. On the deciding map dust2, SQL won the all important pistol round as CT's but fell to a 3-12 deficit at halftime. Switching to T's, SQL found their footing and ran over v300 making all the important entry kills, which saw them come back winning the match and the WCG finals, 16-13.
