How to join iPGN
1. Connect to irc.gamesurge.net
2. Authorize yourself (log into gamesurge)
3. Join the channels:

#ipgn-comp2
#ipgn-comp3
4. Provide relevant information to the IPGN-COMP bot when it pm's you such as your STEAMID
5. Read the rules found here, and wait for an admin to start a game.
